Constructed in 1910, the three-story building at 519 Huey P. Long served as the first schoolhouse in Gretna. The largely vacant building is being renovated and restored utilizing historic tax credits. The renovations will add a retail space on the first floor. The second and third floors will feature a variety of workspaces, available to rent for big or small groups.
